DMCA Takedown Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

gaggingtube is committed to protecting intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and review all valid takedown requests. If you believe your copyrighted material has been posted here without authorization, you may file a DMCA notice through our contact form. All valid requests will be handled promptly.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Your request must include the following:

  1. Your contact details
Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work
Identify the protected material. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a single list.
  3. Location of infringing material
The exact URL(s) on gaggingtube where the infringing content can be found.
  4. Good faith statement
A declaration that you believe, in good faith, that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
  6. Signature
Provide either a physical or electronic signature. A typed name will be accepted for electronic submissions.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. The counter-notice must include:

  1. Your complete contact details.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared on gaggingtube before removal.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court covering your address (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where gaggingtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored within 10 business days unless we are informed that legal action has been filed.

Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may face account suspension or termination. Infringing material may also be removed at any time without notice.

False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices is a violation of the law and may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. If you are unsure of your rights, please consult with an attorney before filing.
